Worst company ive come across - don’t use them

I have both a service and warranty with innovation and I am extremely unhappy. I booked for a service and they are refusing to pay for some of the things because “they already paid the previous year when I did a service”. No where in the plan does it say, a service can only be done once. They are refusing paying for brake fluid and labor. What’s the point of the service then?

I have been with them since 2013 and I have not been happy 1 bit. Listen to all the reviews and don’t take cover with these people, save yourself the headache.
