worse than worthless things...

i got a breakdown and took my car for repairs where it was fixed. but when it was time for me to claim i was taken from pillar to post. guys if its name is innovation group and you want to insure something with them, just run for your life. they are very unprofessional and they just dont want to pay no claim. all they want is subscription and they need to be evaluated whether they are not captured. dont ever do any business with them.
