Worse service
I have been trying to claim my refund since 26th of January, I have sent series of emails even escalated the mater to their supervisor (Jacob Thulare) still no help. The attitude from one of their Bhekisizwe Vilakazi and Tony Mpjana to be specific is very pathetic.
