What a *******
Have an extended warranty and put through a claim for leaking water pump. A belt connected to the pump or next to the pump was damaged due to the leak. They will not pay for the belt! What a *******! Not happy with their service and they have still not authorised the rest of the claim. It's a very sad day indeed when a large company does not honour their commitment. Please go to Bidvest next time, I have been told they are good.

11 May 2021, 12:54I have just looked at the stats and a whopping 94% of reviewers (1 136) rated this company with between 1 and 2 stars! Amazing! Come on Innovation Group, pull up your socks. The writing is on the wall, you are definitely going to lose clients if you carry on this way.

I spoke to 8 consultants/agents @ Innovation Group since this issue arose and was sent from pillar to post. Says a lot about customer service! But then again, I guess they already have my money so they think they are in the driver's seat! But for now I will give them the benefit of the doubt - you never know, maybe they will surprise me!!!
