We Buy Cars need another partner fro warranties

Not Even Deserving of that 1 Star Absolutely terrible experience with Innovations Group! I submitted an engine claim that was completely unrelated to the supposed cause of failure, yet they refused to pay out. Their service is shocking — no accountability, no transparency, and no care for customers once they’ve taken your money.

Neither I nor any of my family members will ever do business with them again. It’s disappointing that We Buy Cars partners with such an unreliable company to sell warranties. They really should find a more professional and trustworthy partner instead of this one that clearly lacks integrity and proper customer service standards.

Avoid them at all costs.
