Warranty documents not sent after 2 years of having policy.

I must say that i am so disappointed with the innovation group warranty, I took up this warranty about 2 years back if not more, i have not received documentation from then at first i thought it was my error hence i did not raise this, but i then had a claim a year ago and i was told of a clause on the documents and i then ask for that to be recent to me to date nothing has been sent. we take on these warranties so we can have back up in time of need but all they do is to **** us as customers.
