Warranty cover

I had a warranty for my Polo 8 and the minute it had break down their line was just ringing no answer had to ask a friend tow the car nearest dealership.While at the dealership there warranty now is not paying full amount they paying R6000 and the minute I took this warranty they never said they will be an additional I will have to pay this so annoying and very painful experience with them
