Warranty claim enquiry

The most unproffesional, uncaring, frustrating and angering group Ive eve came accross. These people are not service oriantated. Did a warranty claim for my vehicle since November 2021, even now the 02 February 2022 my claim is no where close to being resolved. Ive waisted a whole lot of airtime trying to get them to resolve my issue but they seem not phased by the desperation of not having transportation.
