Warranty claim declined

On the 12/05/2022 I took in my vehicle to vw dealer in dbn because I was experiencing some issues with my car. Upon vw diagnostic it was discovered that my steering rack needed to be change, sub-frame also, two tires which also played a role in the vibration needed to be changed.

I proceeded in changing the tires, checked if rims weren't damaged as I wanted to use my warrant to claim for the other staff.

In November 2022, I took in my vehicle to Bosch in dbn to get assistance with a few problems that was facing with my car, authorisation was issued out for control arms but control arms were done and engine subframe. I took back the car, drove it and I wasn't happy with the workmrnship done, I took it back they tried solving it but still after a few days I had the same problem. I was fed u with driving back and forth. I fear they'll damage my car even further. So 17th/01/ 2023 when I took my vehicle for a service I asked vw to look into the problems I'm now facing being when I turn left or right there's noise I hear, the vibration when I'm getting, the steering rack that needed to be renewed as per their quote from 12/05/2022. They looked into it on the 17th/01/2023 compiled their report an sent it through to innovation group. I took my car, parked it off abit as I did trust it and it was my only means to work also to drop off and pick I my kid. I did not wanna put my kid at risk cause I did not trust my car.

On the 27th/01/23 I recieved a call from from the service advisor from vw dbn stating that my claim was declined. I proceeded in calling innovation about this as I did not understand. As I was claim for what was in the report submitted by vw dbn and I had belief that what was covered they'd pay for and pay for the difference of what's not cover ecu bracket, violent etc. Innovation did not want to do the claim for my steering rack, engine subframe, CV joints etc. Stating that I had claimed for tire rod ends, CV joint etc off which that was quoted for by Bosch but ever done and only lower control was Authorised for R8000 which is the maximum cover.

I hv sent numerous emails to be assisted with this matter by innovation doesn't respond not do nothing
