Warranty claim approved but not paid to mechanic

I have a car warranty with innovation group .

I received authorisation to have my car repaired , the mechanic repaired the issue. But innovation group have not paid the claim

Now the mechanic refuses to release my car until payment is made ,

Iv called innovation group customer care and claims and the tell me to contact the payment department but they don't know what the number is

Now i have a car that's stuck at the mechanic

This is the worst service I have ever received its all a **** and will be posting this all over social media !!!!

Will be taking this up with ABSA aswell
