Waiting 3 months for answers with no response! Get cut off when you phone

I have requested MFC to assist me in certain matters with regards to my vehicle, since June. You can't get through whenever you phone, my e-mails and no correspondence get attended to. I'm feeling very frustrated. Jacueline Venter promised me she will get back to me personally, and that was a month ago. No response from her whatsoever and she does not respond to my e-mails sent as requested by her.
