Very unhappy right now

I am actually very frustrated having to type this complaint as i have been with Innovation Group for the last 6 years on previous vehicles and the one claim i had went through very well.<br> <br> I have a warranty on my current car for over a year since i purchased it and now that i need it i have been told they will not cover me. My Engine Vibration pulley has given up and i was told it is not covered. Why?<br> <br> A friend with Motorite had the same issue a month ago and was covered in full. Its a crucial part of the engine and if not fixed it will damage the entire engine. <br> <br> I dont see why this is not covered and why i have been paying the premium when i asked this question to the agent that called me to do the warranty over a year ago. <br> <br> Please tell me why!!!
