Very DISSAPOINTING and frustring !!!

I have had many issues with innovation but to cut a long story short, i have cancelled my policy's due to incorrect policy's given, I have been dealing with Mr moodley from the warranty department which has been a nightmare among other innovation employees which has been a DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE .

I HAVE CANCELLED my policy's but innovation is still debiting my account. i have been emailing many people from innovation for help and calling - they read the email and do nothing about it ( i have read receipts TO PROVE IT ) seems even the big bosses don't care which could explain why this pathetic service is filtered down to their staff members . i want my money refunded NOW.
