Very disappointed
I'd love to know why you guys have offered to cover R6,000.00 to R8,000.00 of my R64, 000.00 gearbox claim 462362. We have had innovation policies on our vehicles for the longest time and I would like to think that I am a very good client. I am extremely disappointed by the outcome of this claim and will definitely be taking this matter further if the claims settlement is not reasonable. This gearbox broke very suddenly after our vehicle was serviced.
