Very Bad Service Provider

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with I took my car in for service only for it to be declined, was told my policy expired which didn't make sense since am still paying for the policy, I’ve been in call for 1 hour from one agent to another they drop the call or transfer to wrong department. What bad service, they even go against they own words denied what they had told me, just because it's time for them to pay and they don't want
