Very bad service

good day, I would like to complain about the bad service i got from the innovation group - MotorMend. They claim to cover you on all aspects of your vehicle by when it come to claiming you struggle to get any assistance or they will just comment that the specific part is not covered. This is the worst service i have ever gotten on cover like this!!!
