Very bad service!!!

Very disappointing with the policy and service received. My husband took 2 extended warranties with them. One which is supposed to cover basically everything and now when we want to claim, our claim was rejected. My husband tried to phone them several times and everytime he speaks to someone else and they cannot assist him. He also sent emails with no reply. They very quick to take your money and its mandatory for this warranties to be in place when buying a vehicle but when it come to claim you can't speak to someone to assist you!! This is the worst service ever. If I knew that we would have to take out the warranties and had to strangle to claim, I would have insisted using another company. This is just disgusting and disappointing service. I do not recommend taking a warranty with them.
