Vehicle Repairs

<p>This company promised to repair my vehicle in case of any mechanical breakdown. My car had a serious oil underneath and I took it to an approved dealership for repairs. When the dealer calls the Innovation Warranty they said they dont cover oil leaks. The cause of the leak is the oil seal between the gesrbox and the engine and that it not wear and tear. To my supprise the brake master cylinder was replace previously due to leaks when I took my car for services. The fact is why other leaks are done and leave others. I paid them to get a peace of mind in case I encounter such but now its frustrating process. Since they are paid for their service, they must do their part and honour the claims. The sad part I dont even have their policy wording to see what are their exclusions, the only I have a receipt/application form when I took delivery of the vehicle. Can I get this sorted please!!!!!</p>
