Useless service.

I am utterly shocked with the bad service I got. And then the worst of all is they sent an rejection letter but not willing to send out the assessor report and finance report.

Apparently that is against their policy to give you information regarding your own vehicle and claim.

You need to submit a complaint first and then from there on they will get back to you.

Do not support innovation group as you will only have more frustration and disappointment in the end.
