Useless

So after my initial review - I got a useless response stating that the process was followed and they are legally not obliged to do more than what they have done. This goes to show that they serve themselves.

Meanwhile my car is stripped to a thousand pieces at an RMI for 2 months and I am the one paying the storage costs.

If Innovation group really believed that WeBuyCars are liable for the claim then they should have went ahead and fixed my car and seek recoupment from WeBuyCars. This is obvious that I have been sold a car that has defects that have passed on to me to fix.

How are these two companies still licensed FSPs with this type of business practice. The ratings alone should have been flagged by their respective Ombudsman.

The measures in place a simply not designed to protect the end user, in what world does it make sense to sign a warranty wait for two months before the warranty provider provides a verdict, only for them to decline it, make you run around and pursue the dealer to cover you, have the dealer refer you to the Ombudsman and have that process run for another 3 months? All while I pay the very same people during this time? What am I suppose to drive during this time? How am I suppose to come up with 30k to fix the car when I expected Innovation group to cover me. This is really silly.
