innovations group warranty is not what its cut out to be!!<br> <br> a bunch of ill mannered *****s who does not know their jobs!!!<br> <br> the most pathetic service ever.<br> <br> customer service assistant named Cathrine who cut the call on me then refused to take my calls.<br> <br> my policy is to be cancelled without my knowledge, and no one in their departments can tell me whats going to happen about all my paid premiums.<br> <br> whenever i quarried this, the call some how gets cut (magically)<br> <br> they refuse to repair my vehicle, they say that a wire( cable) is not original, therefore the claim is rejected, they are not accepting the fact that the car was purchased in this manner.<br> <br> this is absolute ********. <br> <br> stop robbing the people. do what you are suppose to do. repair! as we are paying for this service. <br> <br> now i have to fork out money from my pocket to repair my computer box! because i have a **** warranty!!!<br> <br> oh. and the claim was logged on the 28th-10-2015. all i got was an sms. no one bothered to call me and explain. i had to call them several times. spent over 6 hours on the phone with them!!<br> <br> I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACTED TO KNOW WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN TO MY POLICY AND ALL OF MY PREMIUMS WHICH I CONTRIBUTED<br> <br>
