Unsatisfied customer
Innovation Group is the worst service provider. I have been waiting for my claim to be processed for more than 3 weeks. They do not communicate with clients everytime i call them they put me on hold for more than 30mins and at the end of the call i dont even get the help i called for. I am really unhappy with their service.
