Unprofessional claims team
Ive worked with this insurance for almost a month they can't access claims properly they dont assist me as a client they never come back to be and they really unprofessional and when they tell u hold they put u on hold for 20 minutes and more. The management team is never available to assist. I would really like for the owners and action this asap.
The 2 individuals that I dealt with was Bukosi amd thulani. They never call back. Really sad honestly this should be taken to higher.
