Unprofessional and waste of money

Booked the vehicle in at the workshop on 01/03/2025 for a Gearbox check and service because of the gearbox acting weird as precautionary steps before the gearbox gives out. I have a motor warranty and service plan with you guys but you cannot help with a simple thing as a service? The workshop called and explained to you guys numerous of times but you still did not want to cover for a simple service which does not make sense at all. I am not happy at all and it's very unprofessional and embarrassing picking up a vehicle where nothing was been done on it. Thank you for the embarresment.
