Unprofessional and poor customer service Innovation Group

I have spent well over 45 minutes trying to get hold of someone. I have called in and get transferred numerous times and then the call disconnects. I have a possible claim and everyone is checking the policy document but cannot respond. All i need to know is are front control arms and link arms are covered.
