Claim for the repair of my vehicle 's clutch kit was rejected although the policy is supposed to cover: the terms and conditions as contained in the policy documents: "Fair wear and tear is covered by your policy. Fair wear and tear is defined as deterioration through use or age that does result in actual mechanical failure.”

I requested if at least 50% of the claim could be covered, but did not receive any response.

The clutch kit was not abused and I assumed that this policy will cover Fair wear and tear.

I am disappointed in the fact that this claim was rejected in totality.
