Unhappy with them

They are the worst, i contacted them regarding a service they needed to reindeer and up until date they havent rep**** for the claim i made 2 months ago and when i call them they keep redirecting my calls to different department for almost an hour and they still didn't make any resolution. They've been taking money together with my car finance for the past 8 months but when their service is needed they won't respond.
