Unhappy with Innovation Group

I have a Service Plan which is paid for in full with Innovation Group first time I took my car for service I had to run around call them only to he told my account isn't active only after week weeks being up and down trying to solve it they finally paid for my service today I went in again to do a service and they refused to pay my service cause I was overdue but my policy is paid for in full
