Unhappy customer!!

Worst worst ever policy I have had!! When I have bought my Etios 6 years back I have taken out an extended warranty with innovation group. Then I decided to trade in my etios on a fortuner d4d. I have carried on with this policy on the Fortuner. I have claim once in 6 years for a bearing on the alternator, which was R2200.00. This weekend my fortuner turbo blew. I did not abuse the turbo I were on cruise control (110 km p/h) when all the signs on the dashboard start flashing. This morning I have contacted Innovation group to hear from them what do they cover of the R28 000.00 for a new turbo. Are you ready for this R5000.00. The reason they gave me is because of the vehicle age (2011 model) and the kilometres (210 000) I will cancel my policy with immediate affect today. This is why a person take out a extended policy to cover these types of emergencies. Tell me who will have this money in his/her account to pay for it?? I'll rather save my money in a account for my car. Oh hell and all my services are with the dealer Toyota, as per their policy!!!!! Please don't contact me complains department I am done with innovation group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
