Unhappy customer

I would never recommend this company to anyone in SA, since I wrote a review about them and they rep**** saying they gonna get a consultant to call me back , even now weeks later I’m still waiting for the call, they also have a bad customer service. They binds you to a two year contract who does that at this day and age so you won’t be able to counsel your policy after being denied a claim. I see it as exploitation. I regret ever being part of innovation group. I had to go borrow money to fix my car. while they still deducting a debit order from my account.
