Unhappy client.

I took my car to the dealer for a repair its being there for the past 3 days even the dealership cannot get hold of innovation group, their service sucks. i called the call centre so many times without getting any assistance , they are telling me that the assessor from dekra will give them a report even now i have being waiting , i am very disappointed with their service
