Unfair service
I have a policy with Innovation Group and i gave them a call last week on Tuesday{25th March 2023} for assistance on rear and front shocks and one of their consultant advise me to go to BMW{CFG 42240} for assistance and give them my ID NO's since im covered.
Now im at Car street-Newtown and they've declined my policy. Im really not happy cause i have been here since in the morning and only now i was told that they have declined it.
Im so ****ed off on how they are treating me.
