UNFAIR AND RIDICULOUS

I will never recommend Innovation group to ANYONE! My service plan expired in Jan and I pleaded with them to pay for my service in Feb but they refused. I made peace with it and paid for the service plan. They continued debiting for the same service plan they said EXPIRED!!!! Like what the hell??? now I have to pay for 6 more months for an expired plan while my mileage is way below the plan I was initially covered for. I would have understood if they paid for the service in Jan but they refused and they still want to debit?? That's nonsense man! STAY AWAY FROM INNOVATIONS, I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM INNOVATIONS GROUP!!!
