Underwriting at claims stage / F the customer.

<p>So I took out a policy with you after having being called by your agents in September 2015. At the time my mileage must have been at about 50 000km. Today after taking my car to be serviced I am told that it can't be done as the policy only starts at 90 00km - please note that my car is on 75 000km - please explain to be why I would agree to such? Now that I have to claim and as a 'solution ' you guys want me to cancel my policy, refund my premiums and underwrite the policy again? How does this make sense? U out cannot underwrite at claims stage- I'm a legal advisor in the short term insurance space and I know my rights. The manager there, Priya, seems to be allergic to her phone. Can someone resolve this within the confines of the law? Oh have you guys heard of TCF?</p>
