uncaring and useless

my tyres got damaged from an incident I had last week. I submitted a claim today and I was told the policy doesn't cover worn tyres! my tyres were cut in the inside which resulted in them wearing because I was driving unaware that they had separated from the metal I drove over last week. the damaged areas are not visible to the naked eye and the tread depth indicator confirms my tyres are legal. my tyres were not worn prior to the incident and I want to know from innovation if they are discarding the fact that the tyres were cut and separated by the metal, are they saying my tyres were worn prior to the incident meaning the incident wouldn't have happened? An experienced employee at Tiger Wheel Balfour park even explained to them that the damages couldn't have been avoided and that the one tyre is cut and the other has a bubble from the impact. The manager Mr Enoch Kapebe refused to speak to me, the operator Mr Mkaika Banda couldn't answer my questions and a lady by the name of Danielle Mskechnie claimed she is a tyre expert and says my tyres were worn prior to the incident just by looking at a picture. This is unacceptable
