UNACCEPTABLE

It is so sad and irritating trying for a whole month to get a refund on my service plan which ended in DECEMBER 2019. The excuses of being short staffed is ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE. I have been calling every week since 6 February to have this sorted but still NO LUCK. This is so UNACCEPTABLE
