Unable to get my refunds, call center lies
<p>I took a policy 6 months ago, never claimed and never used. I recently sold my car and comp**** with all the requests from the group to get my refund back. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been more than a month since I submitted my documents and called day after day, only to be told that they recieved all the documents and on other occations they had no record of the documents, and then I get excuses that after 21 days there are another 7 days and so on. I am horribly disgusted with the service and people promising to call me back or refund my money. Does this require me to log a complaint with the ombutsman? My account has been settled with the finance house and I need these funds as I need to put them towards my new car. I have spent so much money on phone calls and every day I am no further than I was the day before, each time a different excuse and a promise to be called back!</p>

I have been kindly promised that the funds would be in by the ens of this week. To be accurate, 3 to 4 working days. That was on Tuesday. Yet again I have been given false times and empty promises. Really disappointed at how this entire situation is being handled!

I was contacted this morning, I was asked surprisingly whetehr the money is reflecting. My answer was no. I was told that the finance lady confirmed the transfer but sadly nothing. The consultant prmised to get back to me and I am still waiting!
