Tyre warranty with INNOVATION GROUP seems to be a ****. WEBUYCARS is really ****ming us here!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. When i purchased the car at webuycars the R40k for tyre warranty was paid upfront. I have not made any claims. Now the one tyre is torn on the side wall and two just wake up flat everyday. I take the car for alignment almost every 2 weeks up until i took the car to Renault to check what the problem was. They have given me a recommendation in terms of SAFETY that all 4 tyres to be replaced because the slow punch tyres always changes the direction of the cars alignment and obviously the car will always try to correct the difference by making another mistake. They have deemed the car unsafe and on the other hand this innovation group doesn't want to approve my first claim. Tyremart wrote a recommendation after inspecting the car and also Renault inspected the car and gave the same report stamped as well that all 4 tyres needs to be changed as 1 is torn on side wall and 2 loss are daily and now affecting the steering wheel angle. Its a different story all the time. This tyre warranty seems to be the biggest **** webuycars is doing. People should be aware and refused this immediately.

TRUST ME AFTER PAYMENT OF THE WARRANTY THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CAR AS IF THE MONEY WASN'T YOURS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
