Tyre claim

What is happing to or service providers, the client has to process all the admin. No follow up's, no confirmation mails, no ref, we have to constantly call the provider... Why do they have staff if the client is the one doing the work, all the staff is doing is confirming the details and passing the call... my first time dealing with this company and i am so disappointed with there service...... Does anyone know how to cancel the provider and get my money back that i paid upfront. It will be so easier if i just buy the product my self, it is costing me to much on time, effort, mails and calls
