Tyre and Tim insurance with Innovation Group is a ****!!

I have been a client with Innovation group since 2018. I remember very well the lady that called was nice to asking for my membership to meet her target for that day, the type of insurance was for rim and tyre for my BMW. little did I know that have accepted that my money be taken from me without any rewards in the foreseeable future. So today 11th of May 2020 I had an incident where I hit a pothole and my tyre got damaged, me having a peace of mind thinking am covered I call Innovation Group to report the incident so that they advise where to go for help, I was referred to go to the nearest Tyger Wheel and Tyre. When I got there the service was efficient as one would hope, unfortunately the service at innovation group wasn't as smooth,they took time to respond when and they would respond they kept on saying they received the quotation sent by Wheel and Tyre of which that wasn't the case as it was sent 4 times since 10am until 13:00. When Innovation Group finally came back to me, again after several follow ups from me and the consultant at Tyger Wheel and Tyre guess what... My claim was rejected because the tyre damage was as a result of my vehicle alignment. What nonsense is this!!!

How can they be sure that was the case as they did not get an expect opinion from the guys at Wheel and Tyre. They themselves weren't there to come up with such assumption. I had to pay R4225 from my pocket for a service that I was sure I am covered for by Innovation group. To show that all this happened in a fishy way...why did they keep on saying they haven't received my quotation and 3 hours later they come up with reason. For anyone thinking of joining Innovation group. I would suggest you look at the reviews first before letting them take ur money!!
