****ty Service from a ****ty Company

I had a mechanical breakdown to which I sent my car to bmw to look at the issue, they did an send me a quote of what needs to be done, having mechanical warranty cover with innovation group I contacted them I wanted to forward them the quote which has my service consultant contacts at bmw they shut me down saying I must instruct my service consultant to contact them, like what kind of ****ery is this no effort whatsoever to meet a client halfway.... Innovation Group is a ****yy company I will be surprised if they will pay this time around as they failed to pay last time, I had to incur the costs of fixing my car... ???? ???? Guys stay away from innovation Group the claim process is too complicated and they don't pay for your ⛍ spread the word...
