Transfer of policy to get car serviced

In January a policy transfer was requested to get my car serviced. All documents were submitted and full compliance from our side. It is almost July and no assistance to get the matter resolved. Service plan paid for but it seems the Innovation group ignores a person to let the plan lapse and then effectively ***** your money. Pathetic service (none received).
