Toyota Genuine Pre owned Warranty Quote

Hi, My toyota warranty and service plan was about to come to an end in February and Toyota Fourways arranged to extend it ,i then got a call from Leonard Chokwe from Innovation Group who is there to assist me .

I asked for a quote for the warranty and the service plan on a cash option and i only received the warranty quote which was sent to me by Zaheed Boda on 2017/10/09 , When i rep**** the same day i received no feed back and kept on calling them with no assistance.

Till Today I have not had assistance and i dont understand why does Toyota with people who cant even offer a simple service.Their service is horrible i wonder if when its time to take the car to service they will pay up or go into hiding like they are doing now.
