This is the worst policy ever

MFC Tyre and Rim, thats how they are represented via email, I bought my car and was contacted by these guys telephonicaly, sounded like a fair priced policy for tyre and rim theft damage etc. 8 months into the contract still no hard copy received, came time to claim and then the bs started. Why offer a policy if you dont want to pay out, why pay out a quarter of the the value of a replacement tyre, this was never mentioned on the sales phone call.<br> Guys stay away this is one big ripoff and clearly based by the pages and pages of complaints you are recieving, are not an honorable company. MFC you are also responsible !!!! you gave thes idiots my contact details !!!<br> Claim lodged 22 December 2015 as of today 20 Feb 2016 still no payment, R4800 to replace my tyre and the ****y R1405 you have offered tp pay or not who knows ???
