Third party Insurance claim NOT paid yet!!

Third party claim against my Insurance @ Mutual & Federal not yet paid after almost 2 years due to the Innovation Group <br> I have reported this incident already more than a year ago to STI@IEMAS - Mail to [Email Removed] <br> I have been requested from VFV ATTORNEYS to report this to my insurance - A motor vehicle accident I was involved in on the 18/01/2014. I reversed from a public parking at a shopping mall with my vehicle's spare tyre into Mrs. Potgieter Honda Jazz right back passenger door. <br> As there was no damage to my vehicle, I saw no need to claim, but Mrs. Potgieter wants to claim against my insurance for her damage. Of which she did and her claim is still not finalized due to this delay.<br> <br> I received this mail morning:<br> From: Saida Jacobs <br> Sent: Monday, November 02, 2015 8:14 AM<br> Please confirm <br> I spoke to Quentin and he advised that the client needs to pay a section two excess, before we can deal with the third-party?.....<br> <br> ******<br> Why should I pay any excess? Can you follow-up on this for me, as in the past I paid excess to damage caused by a guilty third party and I claimed the excess back? Why do we get Insured then?<br> <br> Regards<br> A J J van Vuuren
