This is by far the worst *******'s I have come across. They hide behind our banks, making it practically impossible to detect. I for one don't even remember registering with these people from the onset but they have taken my money for 4 years without 1 service done for me. Now after it came to my attention what has been happening, they tell me my plan is finished and it was only supposed to be for 2 services which is not true cause they took my money for 3 years, Now I want my money back and they don't answer their phones, promising callbacks that never happen. My query has been pending for weeks now with no hope or promise of my money back and my car is due for its next service now, which I need to pay from my pocket AGAIN!!!
