They don't want to fix my vehicle

I am having a warranty policy with the mfc innovation group. What happen is my vehicle hit the objects that are thrown on the N1 north next to Kranskop toll gate, the objects hit the engen and caused a hole on the engine and on the side of the gearbox and a sump. I then report the incident to the group . Now they don't want to fix the vehicle and they said the problem was the oil pump failure and that caused the corn rod to brake the engine. I want them to fix the vehicle hence I am paying them . If the culprit was the oil pump they were suppose to send me a video of oil pump test and a picture of a broken corn rod
