THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

The Innovation Group are con artists. If anyone reads this and is considering signing up with them...please do because you will be saving yourself money and will have piece of mind.

I took their warranty cover sometime around mid 2021 on car and they started deducting, in May 2022 I wanted to claim because my clutch was a faulty and they said my policy will only kick in 1 December 2022 meanwhile I was paying all that time. In December 2022 I claim because my water pipe was leaking and they only partially approved my claim, I had to pay part of the expense out of my pocket. On 10 January 2022, I took in my Fiesta for the clutch repair (I call prior to taking my car to Ford to check if it was covered now since it was after 1 December). After calling them almost everyday since the since the 10th, they declined my claim because they don't cover normal wear and tear.

They inconvenienced me for 2 weeks while looking for reasons to rejected my claim. I am here without a vehicle and have no money to pay for these repairs.

Guys don't sign up with them they are look for any reason why to reject your claim. They are ********!!!
