THEY ARE A ****!!!!!

I am displeased with the service I received from the innovation group, I have a service plan with the group, they still deduct monthly premiums after a distasteful treatment I got from them. They never paid for my service as per agreed. I had to pay out of my pocket after having travelled to another town for service, I made with them arrangements prior. They are now refusing to refund me
