So I just joined Innovation Group. Last week even, but they already adamant about just ripping me off.

All I want to do is convert my new service plan into a maintaince plan. I'm willing to pay, but you Guys are giving the Dealership a tough time. Imagine someone wants to give you more money and you give them the middle finger.

Geeeeeeez Guys. Talk about turning away repeat business.

NPS - 1 for now. Do better.
